Will switching to decaf effect my weightloss/health in anyway?
My nurse has recently told me to go onto it but im just researching and it says theres chemicals in it?
im confused are there any decaf drinkers out there?

I'm not sure if it will effect your weight loss or health, but some decaf coffee is decaffeinated using chemicals. Most of those chemicals evaporate during the roasting process, so the actual amount that remains is minimal.
If you are worried about the chemicals, you can look for coffee that is decaffeinated using the swiss water method (no chemicals are used) or just drink herbal tea.
I drink decaf coffee and tea everyday and have had steady and consistent weight loss. I don't like the fact that a chemical process is used to remove the caffeine, but I'm willing to take that risk to avoid the extra caffeine.

I have no idea if it would help in weight loss, all I know is, I think decaf is disgusting. I'll take my regular cup of joe thanks!0

Why anyone would believe that a thermogenic, anorectic compound would be detrimental to fat-loss is beyond me.0
