    Nearly there. Traded in liquid cow for Almond milk. I love it, sad I didn't discover it sooner. I'm finding that you can substitute ground flax for eggs! Another fabulous trick I wish I had discovered sooner! What do you use for cheese?

    My favorite cheese substitute: Daiya. It's made from tapioca, good stuff. And it genuinely melts. I love almond milk, coconut is good as well. I've never tried flax as a substitute for eggs. In pancakes I've used bananas.

    I am a vegan. I was vegetarian since May 2010 and have been dabbeling in Vegan since August but made the offical switch 1/1/12. Going great so far.

    I think I went Vegan not long before you did, I was Lacto/Ovo veg for years. The challenge for me is eating nutritiously when I'm out and about--working. I'm a chauffeur.
