Hello From Alabama

My name is Marty and I'm from Alabama. Jeremy (veganlad) suggested the site to me. He and at least one other member from the old Journal to Success site are members here. I've struggled with weight the majority of my adult life. I've managed to take off the weight 3 times, I tend lto ose my motivation over time and the weight eventually returns. I look forward to working with everyone as we all move toward our fitness goals.
