As I am sitting down at work, I am trying to make my grocery list. What are some pick up and go snacks that you all eat? I am trying to get more of a variety.

Homemade bread / muffins ( small, count those calories! )
String cheese / cheddar cheese

I've been big into baby carrots right now - 3 oz is perfect for a good sized snack and it's only 35 calories...add some celery or cucumber for variety.
I also like seaweed chips, low cal and yummy.
Dark chocolate (1 square per day) is great.
Nuts, dried fruit, crackers, pre-packaged cheese (think little rounds, squares, string, etc).0 -
I like microwave popcorn... Ill eat half a bag as a snack and then paperclip it and eat the other half later in the day (and its not too bad the next day). I also like string cheese and pepperonis ~ its a good high protien snack and I looooove it. I also like to portion out cups of dry cheerios ~ its a good option when I want something crunchy. HTH.0

I am Uk based so some of mines might be a bit different but...
Raw jelly. (I think you call it jello) I eat a couple of cubes, it is suprisingly yummy low in cals and stops me craving sugar as much.
Olives, I love olives.
Celery/carrot sticks with hommous/peanut butter
Dried fruit
Greek natural youghurt with a tiny bit of honey0
