I need all women's attention. Please reply

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female from South Africa. I have been getting these thumping and buzzing inside my cervix area for 6 days now... its bothering me, but my mom won't tell me anything. Also What can cause these sensations? could it be your cervix releasing alot of discharge. Four days ago it was 1 pm, then it was 3 pm and then 6 pm, and now 5 pm... its not the green tea because I haven't drunk it in two days... I tried seeing if it was sugar or even caffeine. Could it be sugar? or an infection? Also I have absolutely aweful stretch marks going up my hips. and also a few on my stomach...? thanks for further replies to this thread.

That sounds pretty odd. I would definitely go see a doctor. Better to be safe and it be ok than to not have it checked out and it be a serious problem.

Please call a doctor and make an appointment. This is not typically so you should get a medical professionals opinion.

    Go to a doctor.

That's one of the early signs of pregnancy.

Everyone's body reacts to things differently, so it's hard to see what is causing this for you. But I can tell you one thing for certain - you need to see a doctor.

    No, really, see a physician.
  • My first thought was pregnant. I would see a doctor ASAP
  • I would advice going to the doctor too but not to sound nosey or anything but when you say cervis area are you talking about your lower abdomen? That was my first thought. There's a lot more than your cervix in that general area though. That's where all of your intenstines are and etc. Those would probably be the most vocal organs to be making any noise or movements. Definitely go see a doctor though.

If you are sure you are not pregnant go to a doctor if you are not sure, buy a test kit.
  • Pregnant or just a hungry tummy, but I would check it out with a doctor.

I say see a doctor too, but I realize that you may be wanting an idea of what it could be.

To me, this sounds like possible cramping, maybe associated with pregnancy, maybe not.
What types of exercise have you been doing? If you are doing something that places a lot of pressure on the pubis, you might have strained a muscle.
Unlike others, I *have* experienced something like this. I had a pinched nerve. One thing a lot of people don't know is that the nerves that branch out of your lower spine wrap around front, and if pinched, can cause pain and discomfort in your lower abdomen. It's usually remedied easily enough with stretching, muscle relaxants, and sometimes physical therapy.

However, obviously something out of the ordinary is going on and you're better off calling your doctor and just asking over the phone, at the very least.
