HELP!! My diet is way too high in sugar. I have peaks and troughs, headaches, irritability and mood swings (and yes, I am a joy to live with!!) Where do I start? Just some simple adjustment suggestions would be great. I'm a working mum with a 2 yr old and a 10 mth old so it all needs to be realistic. Thanks

Soft drinks have a lot of sugar. one 12 ounce can of Pepsi has amost 3X the daily allowence of sugar.0

You can use natural sugar instead of refined sugar (I'm thinking about stevia here).0

I don't add sugar and don't drink fizzy drinks. I didn't realise skimmed milk and cereals contained so much!! Thanks for the advice though. I am partial to a cake or two, I have a major sweet tooth - if anyone had any recipes that would be helpful. In terms of my meals, I seem to be on track. It's just this damn sweet tooth!!!!!0
