01/19/2012 after my workout at the gym
I am happy to announce I am down 3lbs, water weight, since the pic in the khaki trousers
I workout 6 days a week for an hour to two hours each day, 3 days lifting heavy, 3 days cardio and HIIT. I also eat extremely healthy most of the time. I love my new body and don't want to ever go back.

Girl, I just had to tell you that you have the most OUTRAGEOUS curves I have ever seen!! Especially in the 3/2011 photo. And by outrageous I mean in a totally good way! Way to go. Your body shape is exactly the kind I want! thanks for inspiring. You look amazing. :flowerforyou:0 -
