Too much protein

I seem to always go over my allowed protein. I thought protien was good. any thoughts?

    Don't worry about it, levels on MFP are stupid low. I take in 160grams...perfet for me..number MFP gives me is like 60 say WHAT?? so don't worry about it

    Proteins are simply amino-acids chains that contain azot, carbs and fat don't.
    If you take too much proteins, they are stored, and they become fat, simply :)

    Less than one gram if you don't destroy muscular cells (through sport, bulking) is enough. So, un-needed prot. are stored. What matters is how much cal. you eat in the end. Beware, since proteins increase acidity into the blood, make sure to eat veggies mainly in order to balance that :)
