New, and Only A Few to Lose

Hi everyone!
I just joined the site a couple days ago and figured reaching out for a little extra support wouldn't hurt. I'm 21 years old, 142 pounds and am only looking to lose about 12 pounds. It doesn't seem like much, but I know the last 10 or so pounds are always the hardest. I've hovered around 140 pounds since I was about 16, but I've always wanted to go that extra step to more fit and hopefully a size or two smaller. Any support would be much appreciated.

YAY there's no harm in doing something to get where you want to be
12lbs is alot! I like to go up and down...because im a bad girl but, when i have my weight off...i like to keep logging to stay where i want to be

Thanks! I guess 12 pounds is kind of a lot, though it always seems like a less significant number when I see how much others have lost. And I totally understand about being bad when my weight's low. I get to a low weight, overindulge and then I'm right back where I started. Good Luck to you too!0
