I'm not sure but, you can search for amount of caffeine in cocoa since it's the main ingrediant. i too just started to watch my caffeine intake

I looked up the caffeine in hot chocolate, as hazelnuts themselves do not have any. Most of the caffeine will come from the chocolate.

It would be about 15mg for an 8 oz cup.

I am surprised it is not listed on your nutritional section on the container.

Since it's not an added ingredient, like in soda, I don't think it would be on the ingredient/nutrition area. It's a byproduct of the cocoa.

Are you looking to cut out caffeine completely, is that why you're looking into this? I ask because, even though I'm not allowed to have caffeine since my abdominal surgery, I'm allowed surgar free hot chocolate. The amount is so minimal that even my crabby, no people-skills surgeon doesn't care.

Unless you're drinking several glasses, I wouldn't think the caffeine is enough to disrupt your sleep or trigger any nutritional issues. An 8 oz cup of coffee has approx 104-192 mg.
