Hungry all the time!

I am hungry, hungry all the time. I am 155 cms with 59.7 Kgs weight. Any suggestions about my goal. I would like to be 52 Kgs.

My diary is open for analysis.

Net Calories Consumed* / Day - 1,200 calories/day
Carbs / Day - 165 g
Fat / Day - 40 g
Protein / Day - 45 g

Fat / Day - 40 g
Protein / Day - 90 g

What do you recommend?

    I'm good usually good for the first 4 days of eating on my strict 1200 calorie diet, but by the end of the week I'm so cranky!!! I'm allowing myself 1 cheat day. Any other suggestions??

    Increase Fiber.
    Drink water.
    Increase your intake. You don't have to stay at 1200 to lose weight.
    Exercise then eat back your exercise calories
  • I would definitely increase your protein intake...also I eat small things approximately every three hours...I don't get hungry that way :)

    WAY UP....the default setting for protien is extremely low
