Water Consumption During Exercise...

I drink a lot of water during and immediately after I exercise...I get unbelievably thirsty. It usually is about 2 or 3 16.9 oz. bottles...(and yes, I recycle )... Anyway. Do you think I should count this into my water total or just let it be because I am losing water when I am sweating? I know it is a stupid question, but I was really wondering about this. I drink enough water regardless but it has been on my mind.

I'd totally count it! You're drinking it, right? I wouldn't count the water you shower in though.0

Why complicate something so simple?

I generally count it, you may be sweating but unless you're gonna wring your clothes out and mop your brow to figure out how much water you lost sweating and subtract it from the water you drank during your exercise you can't really tell how much of a difference it's making. I drinking around 750mL (24oz) of water, sometimes more if I'm really sweating while I'm working out cuz I do get thirsty and but I definitely count it. It doesn't say to only count the water you don't "sweat out" because we technically lose a little bit of water every time we talk and breathe and trying to do that math would be horrendous!! LOL, don't over think it, it's not a stupid question but yes, I would count it.0
