Wedding in Nov..need to stay on track

Just need some motivation... I have been struggling to lose the last 20-25 lbs for 6 months. Now I am struggling worse because I am unable to do my normal exercise routine for a while b/c I am healing from a tummy tuck from 8 weeks ago.
My wedding is in November and I just feel like I will never get these last 25 lbs off! Hopefully I can keep within my calorie limit for my first goal of 5 days straight.

When you reach that frustration point, you have to look back at your past pictures (especially the one of you and Joe from 2007 with you in the pink shirt) and remember how far you have come. You WILL do it! I have no doubt in my head that you will succeed. You have to give yourself the credit you deserve! You just had a major surgery 8 weeks ago and you are still recovering. The fact that you were back at work after four weeks and on the treadmill after six is such an amazing accomplisment. You may not see that, but it certainly is. You WILL do it! You have to stay motivated. The moment you lose that motivation is when it all goes down hill. Look back at your old pictures-look at how far you've come-look ahead at the future to your wedding day. You WILL do it! How many times have I said that in this paragraph? That's because I know you WILL do it! Love you girlie. Stay confident. Stay motivated!0

I know it's frustrating but you'll get there. You'll look beautiful on your big day. Just keep it simple, one step at a time.0

You can do it...maybe you're needing a change, or just a reboot to get going again. Sometimes, for me, I just need to relax a little. After the holidays and then the letdown, it's good to take a little time to pamper yourself.0
