Anyone have a good muffin recipe??? I love to have muffins in the freezer to grab for a quick breakfast or snack. I'd like one 100 calories or less. Thanks!

    I box spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin soo good and moist we even put ff cool whip on top but it doesnt need it.
