So I was getting a bit depressed over the extra 'pudge' I put on over the Christmas/New Year period (2kg), then I came across a pic taken of me before I started my journey and compared it to a recent pic.
I now feel 100% better!!
Who cares if I put on 2kg over Christmas, I've still lost 24kg over a year, and only have 5kg to get to my goal weight. Awwww yeaaaahhhh!
