HI There - Just starting out.

I'm just starting out, and looking for support. What to do when I feel great, but HATE how I look in photos and am starting to feel my pants are getting that mid-winter tightness! Help!

Well I guess you're in the right place. If you say you feel great, yet you don't like how you look, you obviously do not feel great. My advice: Diet and if you have the time Exercise. I am just starting out too (with the HEALTHY way) since I haven't been healthy in about 3 years and I almost died of heart failure when I was 85 lbs 2 months ago... Lets support each other!

Thanks! So, are you working out every day? I keep thinking each week will get better. I skiied both days this weekend, but haven't done much since.0

Personally I barely have any muscle mass left so my recovery has primarily been based on eating since I can't exercise

So I cant help you come up with a good exercise regime. Sorry but it does sound like youre doing good and having fun with skiing!0
