i need motivation

hi guys i just started this a couple of weeks ago and love it however im starting to get less motivated. Ive los t 6 1/2lb but im not noticing a difference in my clothes, when does this start. I am 5 foot5 and weigh 15 stone any ideas

    look up some excersises that target belly fat and work your target areas the internet is a massive information source of excersises and how to do them =)

    thanks hun ive just found out that all those bloody squats that i hate actually help get rid of my belly fat!!!

    squats are not my favorite either but they are good for belly fat thighs and back muscles as well so i do em too lol
