I vote coconut oil!!!!
Does it taste like coconut? Like can you taste it in your food?0 -
I like grapeseed. It is a little expensive but handles high heat and tastes neutral. Otherwise I use olive oil.0

Coconut oil, hazelnut oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, butter...
Not all are great for frying though.0 -
I was wondering about coconut oil taste as well....I use Olive Oil, and sometimes Mongolian Fire Oil.0

Yes, I think you can sometimes taste the coconut oil in, say a stir fry. But, it's very subtle and sometimes it adds to the flavor. So, it's very good for baking. There are high-heat and low-heat versions so you can get the one that works best for what you want to use it for. If I'm cooking something that I don't want to taste coconut at all on, I go with olive oil. Trying to stay away from "fake" oils like vegetable oil and canola oil.0

Oh, also - don't forget, as for baking, a healthy oil alternative is applesauce!!!! You can also usually just reduce the amount of oil that's called for and it turns out just fine!0
