What are some good healthy cooking oils? Something you could use for pretty much everything (baking, frying ect..)

Does it taste like coconut? Like can you taste it in your food?

I like grapeseed. It is a little expensive but handles high heat and tastes neutral. Otherwise I use olive oil.

Coconut oil, hazelnut oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, butter...

Not all are great for frying though.

I was wondering about coconut oil taste as well....I use Olive Oil, and sometimes Mongolian Fire Oil.

Yes, I think you can sometimes taste the coconut oil in, say a stir fry. But, it's very subtle and sometimes it adds to the flavor. So, it's very good for baking. There are high-heat and low-heat versions so you can get the one that works best for what you want to use it for. If I'm cooking something that I don't want to taste coconut at all on, I go with olive oil. Trying to stay away from "fake" oils like vegetable oil and canola oil.

Oh, also - don't forget, as for baking, a healthy oil alternative is applesauce!!!! :) You can also usually just reduce the amount of oil that's called for and it turns out just fine!
