I bought some kettle bell weights, and I wonder if anyone can give me any tips on using them (specifically for upper arms) or recommend a good, free site with videos that will show me exercises for using them.
Thanks!

Stick with Revolution Fitness or Art of Strength. I know and have trained with Franz (from Revolution Fitness) and he is one of the top instructors in the nation concerning kettlebells. Bob and Jillian sure are famous, but fame and a pretty smile do not a qualified kettlebell instructor make!

The Kettlebell Goddess workout DVD is pretty good at showing the basic moves for upper, lower and cardio. What weight kettle bells did you get?

Buy the KettleWorx DVD's (available at Target) . they are great and you need to watch them to get the techniques right otherwise you will injure your back. I have been using for 4 months and have lost 19 inches with my 30 lbs. Very toned and great workouts in 20 minutes.

If it is the Kettlebell Goddess workout I mentioned, they are very serious. You may need to put on some music in the background. It is a good overall workout with create your own menu options.

kettlebells are simply fantastic!!! They are my main go-to piece of equipment!!! You will surely love it and love the results!!! Just be careful where you do them or if you have kids around they stay clear of you!!!

Take it slow at first and get the moves down.....I have seen people get injured because of bad technique and hitting things/people while in their homes!!!

    Best of luck!!!
