Hi

im finding it really hard to find things to eat that are low carb! All i seem to eat is casserole and mince

Can anyone help with low carb meals

  • Stick to meats, cheese and green veggies.
  • Bake your chicken breast as usual. When finished baking spread salsa and shredded cheese and bake until melted. Delicious! I've done low carb for 8 years now.

    Roll or stuff chicken breasts, fritattas, protein and veggie stir frys etc

    Friend me, check my meals...but please, no comments on the calories...you can beef up my basics easily.

    Do you eat ground turkey? I've come up with a 300 cal 2 carb turkey burger with gorgonzola and a balsamic glaze.\\

    Take 1 lb turkey (or ground beef, but you need to recalc). and add 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles and 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar with salt & pepper.

    form into 4 patties and grill

    Take 4 TBSP balsamic and cook in saucepan over low heat until it reduces. Drizzle over burger and serve with spinach salad.

    I seem to get stuck as money is also low and i tend to just buy chicken or pork with carrots and mushrooms and do one pot meals!
    stir frys are nice but ive really gone off them at the moment!
    i really like mexican
    i also find that whatever i cook i feel like im missing something
