Hi I'm Les,
I have been on the MFP for about 4 weeks now, and love this site just thought I would share something that has helped me get into this dieting lark, don't know about you but I have been on a diet at the start of every year for as long as I can remember and I know how hard it can be to get into the zone, so to speak and keep in it.
This time I downloaded a relaxation app from itunes by Andrew Johnson on loosing weight, I listen to it when I go to bed and I must admit I believe it has helped me, I can not explain I supose its a mental thing.
Just thought it may help anyone out there who are struggling and it doesn't cost much. give it a go you have nothing to lose but weight.
