feeling low

I started this mfp plan 4 days ago I have been under my calories every day and I have done 3 zumba workouts plus walking the dog a few times thought I would have a look on scales and if anything I think I have put on weight I feel really down now as I don't have long to lose weight my wedding is in august and I have a lot to lose any help would be much appreciated x

    You only started 4 days ago lovely, it'll take a while for progress to show. Keep at it. You should be eating at least 1,200 calories and then there's the whole debate about eating back your net calories (you have to figure out what's best for you.) I weigh myself once a week, same time and day. Our bodies fluctuate throughout the course of a day. You can do it if you put your mind to it. (: xo

    I've already lost 2st before I started this and I have dramatically decreased my calorie intake as I wasnt losing over xmas so expected to lose quickly
