    yes. it's perfectly fine. just account for it, do some extra exercise in the next day or so, or just treat it as your cheat day.

    I think it is just fine to have that one piece of cake. Your bday only comes once a year and as long as we don't eat the whole cake why the heck can't we treat ourselves. (mines on thursday)
