Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 100.
Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

Never been any good at pushups, but I am going to give it a try. Will check back in tonight.0

Yea!!!! I did it!!!! I couldn't do them all at once but I broke them up and got them done. Can't wait for Fridays challenge.0

hahaha......just finished the "30 day shred" level 1 day 2......my push-ups are done for the day:)
Now, it's to walk 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and spend some time on the treadmill program 5 of level 1 with the ifit trainer.....maybe 6 & 7 depends on how I feel after walking with Leslie.0 -
Cool, I'm IN. I can't do them all at once, but I'll knock out 25 REAL PUSH-UPS in my cube now.0

What an awesome challenge... like many others, I have no upper body strength. Was able to do 68 pushups.0

Did about 45 then my triceps turned to jello.0 -
I'll try my best, but I'm betting I'm not going to even get into the double digit range!! Great challenge!!!0

Well, it didn't go so well, I did about 6 ladies styles, then a friend told me about wall pushups. Not much to it, but it was movement, and I did 90 of those. I know I really cheated on this challenge, but I just started exercising 2 weeks ago, I am really overweight and out of shape. I do my best.0

I finished! 110 (because I miscounted at 50).
I am only starting out with upper body strengthening so I only did wall push ups, but I made it as hard as possible by going slow and getting a good form. Will work on getting stronger. Knee push ups next week and work my way towards full body push ups!0
