IN MARCH I WILL BE GOING TO ENGLAND FOR A WEEK. AS THERE IS NO WHOLEFOODS(NOT 100%SURE ABOUT SPELLING ;) IN SPAIN I AM PLANNING TO BUY ESSENCIALS TO TAKE BACK WITH ME TO SPAIN. SO FARE WHAT I CAN THINK OF IS:
COOKING SPRAY, ENGLISH MUFFINS, SAUCES OR SALSA LOW IN SODIUM..... WHERE I LIVE ITS REALLY HARD TO GET FATREDUCED OR LOW SODIUM ON THE LABLE.
NOW MY QUESTION: IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE ME SOME IDEAS OF OTHER THINGS YOU GUYS LOVE BUYING IN THIS SHOP?? THANK YOU SO MUCH! CRIS

When I go to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, I love to buy my reduced sodium cottage cheese (but don't think that will travel well), unsalted almond butter, sprouted 7 grain brain, reduced sodium chicken broth, bulk nut mix, steel cut oats, quinoa and oat flour.

Enjoy the wedding and your vacation!!
