if you like cottage cheese, this is an awesome snack. i have been having this with my breakfast.

1/2 cup fat free or low fat cottage cheese
1/2 apple peeled and diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet sweetner (equal or any other kind)

Mix all together.

131 cals (based on 1% cottage cheese)
16g carbs
2g fat
16g protein

    This is great! But I looked at my bowl and it seemed like a lot of food...until I realized I accidentally made it with 1 cup of cottage cheese instead of 1/2 Cup. Used the same amount of all the other ingredients and it was still very yummy!!! Thanks! :smile:
