Hi, ive just started to do the 20 minute workout every morning, and I am interested in how many calories that sort of training would burn... Anyone have any idea please?

    I just started this morning with the same program on my off days of the c25k. I was just trying to find out how many calories i burned as well. Hopefully somone out there will know, otherwise my diary is going to look bad today, lol.

    Most people log it as circuit training. I did and the MFP calories burned matched almost exactly to my HRM. I burned 182. Although some people that are starting out burn a lot more.

    Thanks for that, I did look at interval training which is probable around the same calories give it take. X it is a great workout short and effective.
