I work out at home with my 2 year old daughter We love to sweat! LOL :-) I need some ideas though! We're running out of things to do! I'm not equipped with a gaming system just yet & I'm not really hype to the work out videos. Anything I can do that burns calories & makes me drip sweat like a Mad Man lol

Burpees are awesome at home workouts .. you don't need any equiptment and they are great total body conditioning exercises .. if I don't have a lot of time for a workout or want to start my day off with a cardio challenge I'll try for 50-100 burpees. Maybe sets of 25 , 20 , 15 , whatever as long as I get to my number I set for myself. There's also tons of variations so you progress/regress when necessary.0

There are tons of workout videos on you tube type in workout videos for women and you get 50 pages of videos. But if you want something that will really make you sweat get jillian michaels 30 day shred. I just started it today I was sweating buckets less than 5 min into it.0

One fun thing I did with my kids when they were little was leg lifts using the child as a weight on my legs. I didn't lift them high, but even a few inches was fun for the kid and taxed my muscles.
It's easier in a chair. The child sat on my feet, facing away from me, reaching up and holding my hands so we were both comfortable. Then you do lower leg lifts. The little one gets a ride and they laugh. And the grown up gets to work some muscles.
Before doing those, be sure you can without dropping the child or hurting your own back!
I'm no suggesting the above as a viable exercise for everyone. But just sharing what I did.0 -
