Too much fiber.....

I'm always "over" on my fiber. Is that a bad thing? Can it hinder weight loss? I have about 10lbs to lose and know that those last 10 are the hardest....

Helps you feel fuller longer... as long as you are drinking enough water for the increase fibre intake you're fine.
MFP tends to underestimate our macro goals anyways.0 -
Thank you that's very good to know. It says that I'm already over my fiber amount by 12grams..... just want to make sure it's not going to stop me from losing weight.0
