I like Rihanna, Freestyle music, Shakira, Pitbull, Destiny's Child and old school Janet Jackson. With a few random Cobra Starship,Ting Tings, Maroon 5, and Christina Aquilera thrown in. Oh Amerie too.

Matisyahu, his album youth is almost exactly 45 minutes and the perfect length for my workout. Positive, inspirational, and the beats can't be beat ;)

MILKMAN! He's a mashup artist and SO much fun to listen to when you workout. It's like ten songs in one so it keeps you going. Try "Silhouette"!

    I bet u fist pump like a champ! :D<3
Yeah so, I'm from Jersey so this'll just naturally be funny that I listen to house music when I workout. That pumping beat gets me going, especially between reps when I feel like I can't go anymore. Gets me to push that next exercise out.

check out rockmyrun.com They have all sorts of music play lists. It used to be free to download when I first joined them, now you have to have some credits, but I think they give you some free credits when you sign up....not sure about that though. Since I was a member when it was free, they gave me some credits when they switched formats. Anyway, it's a cool site.

Depends on my mood - I have an arsenal of playlists on my iPod. Lately - I have been favoring the high BPM list - house, old school club music, techno, and very, very tiny bit of dubstep and trance. When all else fails - play Pantera.
