TGI Friday's!

Hey guys, need some help!! Going out to dinner with my father for my birthday tonight, and as you can see we are going to TGI Fridays. Of course to drink im going to get water... BUT not sure what to get for my meal ): anybody know anything from there that's "healthy" to eat?? you can look at my diary too if you want to judge off of that?? Thank you!!

    oh my! I just went there yesterday for the first time in forever and was impressed that they had some new healthy selections. They have about 7 meals that are listed as 750 calories and below. I had the appetizer portion of something called japanese habachi and it was really good. You can google their nutritional information and you'll be able to find the calories for everything. good luck!

    Dragonfire Chicken is pretty good and not too bad on calories. Crazy high on sodium, but not bad on calories.

    Trying to save myself on the sodium :frown:

    BUT I am going to get the Grilled Salmon & Langostino lobster with the sides of a fruit cup and the oval salad with no dressing :smile:

    MmM I had the dragonfire salmon last weekend. SooOoOo good! I skipped most of the rice it came with, but the salmon never had a chance. Oh and it's your friends bday. Skip the water and get a yummmy Fridays drink ((O.K maybe you shouldn't to skip the water))
