I don't know if this is where I should put this... But...

I found these great tortillas. They taste pretty good too. 80 cals a tortilla? Yes please! This is a great replacement for bread for me, or for toast. It is like the same cals for a piece of bread, you just "get more" so I feel fuller longer.

Brand: La Tortilla Factory
Smart & Delicious LoCarb/High Fiber Large Size.

If you can find them, give them a try.

I just wanted to share with you all.

    Serena,
I also found some great soft taco flour tortillas. 2 of them equals 15 calories. I dont remember the brand off the top of my head but when I get home I'll let you know. The ones you found, what size are they? These are 6 inch I believe.
I use them in my husbands breakfast burritos. 2 burritos are 300 calories and LOADED with protein. I'll make up a bunch and freeze them 2 to a bag. He pops them in the microwave and he's out the door quick.

What a fantastic idea! Making them ahead of time, thing. I had a breakfast burrito today. 2 eggs, a half a cup of spinach and some kimchi (I love kimchi). 231 calories. And sooo full. Haha.

I have no idea the inches. I don't have a ruler/tape measure. Just says "Large" on the package.

I do know it has 12g of fiber. That will "get things moving" haha.
