Hello everyone, I started working with this site about two weeks ago and I've been doing good. Like, I might go over the calories a few times but for a girl that's a crazy emotional eating I think I'm doing pretty good :ohwell: .

Anyways, I've had a pretty bad day and I went to the pharmacy and I saw that chewy chips ahoy! cookies were on sale and so I got a box thinking I could just have 2 a day with my lunch if my day would allow it. Like, if I had calories left to eat and whatnot... So, for lunch today I had 4. Because my dad would allow it. But I just kept eating them. They were soooo good. I didn't really think about it. I was just like...Oh one more. Oh one more. And so on. I ended up eating way too much and now I'm over by 413 calories, 97 carbs, 21g fat and 1 protein.

I guess I'm just looking for like, I don't know...I guess I just want to know if anyone else has just like dove in and eatten horrible at one time. :sad:

    Remember not to jeaporize yourself....Don't put temtations around you..... If you have a problem with emotional eating...don't put the things around you that you know you would eat too much of....like cookies...

    You can do this!! Just think things through and have a game plan...

  • hey, don't worry about it. tomorrow's a new day. just pick yourself back up, and start fresh.
    trust me, i'm the queen of horrible binges. i've eaten whole packs of oreos or 10 cupcakes
    at one sitting. that's the kind of behavior that got me to this point i'm at today... but i'm changing
    that now...
    anyway, just cheer up, and look forward to tomorrow... when you can make it a super healthy,
