Giving Myself a pat on the back

I am very proud of myself. I walk 2 1/2 miles everyday on my lunch break, and When I first started Dec 1st of 11 It took me 22 mins to walk 1 mile. My goals was to be able to walk it in 16mins. Now almost two months later. I was able to walk a mile in 14 min and 26 seconds. I am so proud of myself. Next I will be aiming to run a mile in alteast 12 mins. Although I havent lost much weight one of my small goals has been reached.
