Chinese takeout portions, help please!

Does anyone have an idea of about how many ounces of chicken would fill one of these boxes? I had one for lunch with two types of chicken in it and I found some info. on mfp about the calories but the serving size was 5oz each and I don't know if that's enough or too much so I'm not sure what to log!

    Did you call the chinese place and ask them how many oz their box was? That's what I would do. I can't really tell it's size from the picture.

    it's a pint size box, but the weight depends on what goes in it I think. But I think I figured it out, thanks :)

    i would say its much more than 5 oz.. the smallest boxes at panda express are 5ish oz.. i would say that could be 8-16 oz...
    edit: pint boxes typically hold 16 oz

    it was 5oz for each serving. I know pints are 16 oz. of liquid but that doesn't necessarily translate over to solids. Anyways, one of my friends on here helped me figure out a good estimate, I'm just going with 5oz each serving.

    5oz per serving would be fine, but that box definitely holds more than ten oz. liquid or not
