Im a lacto-vegetarian, but attempting to adapt to the vegan lifestyle!

any quick dinner ideas (with protien) for when you dont have much time (I usually have vegan subsitutes on hand)

  this soup is delicious and quick! substitute the heavy cream for soy/almond milk. I also puree it to make it a smoother soup rather than chunky.
