Zumba Heart Rate/Calorie Watch

Hey All,

While I was cleaning my room today I found the heart rate watch that came with my zumba kit but now I can remember how to work it! (typical for me!)

So I was wondering if any one has one and can tell me how to set it up so I can wear it when I am exercising so I can count calories properly.

    you should be able to google the manual for it. try searching by name and model or try to find the product number somewhere on it!

    I too have this problem - used to count my calories on the watch when doing Zumba but then did not use it for awhile and I cant find the instructions! Did you manage to find anything? I am looking on the net now and am happy to let you know what I find if you have not already........Love Zumba!!
