Hello all, I'm from BC and I just joined yesterday thanks to my friend who has lost 13 pounds...you go girl!! I'm encouraged by how calories are tracked, it was a complete eye opener to me how many I actually consume in a day...I'm a snacker at work. I thought if I ate healthy that all was right with the world...apparently not if we're tracking calories. Ok, and I like chips too lol.
