This is entirely up to you. Sort of like, do you tie your left shoe first or your right?

I like to eat one before... and then another after..

    Or.. just eat food!
  • AFTER AFTER AFTER, 60-90 minute window after working out is crucial to muscle development and is when you need to have protein for protein synthises.

Too add to the analogy, you could wear loafers and not tie your shoes at all.

(ie if protein intake is sufficient throughout the day, you don't need to supplement it with shakes).

Usually take one like an hour before with some oats.... then take one right after I work out.
  • I've been on muscle pharm combat powder, except for this week. 1st thing in the morning, after I work out and before I go to sleep... I've gone up 120 lbs on my bench in 7 months...
