Patrick here, I'll be turning 26 in February and I got a new lease on life. Looking to gain muscle and loose the fat (again). I quit drinking soda completely and only drink lemon water. I radically cut my alcohol, sugar, and salt consumption. Havent had any type of fast food in 2 months and look to keep it that way. My worst habit is smoking cigs. I aim to kick that habit as well very soon...went from smoking a pack every 2 days to only a couple a day. Its a start! So get at me if you wanna be motivational work out buds, both sexes are welcome, unless your a hermaphrodite...those types freak me out.

Hello, I just started today. I'm 35 and need to lose 10-15 pounds and am also trying to quit smoking at the same time. Your plan seems really good, soda's and fast food add lots of extra calories. Do you work out? I will help you stay motivated0

Working out 3-4 times a week with weight training (each day with a different muscle group), at least 20 minutes of cardio on off days.0
