Balancing carbs/fat/protein

I just looked over the past few days of food logs and I noticed that I almost always go over on my proteins, and I go over a lot on my carbs, but usually not my fats.
Any tips for helping balance it all out? Any way to add in some good fats without bringing in more carbs and protein, or very little?
Thanks!

Avocados, organic flax or fish oil (or both), use first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil on salads. Eat whole eggs.0

I have found that if I watch my sodium and calories everything else normally falls into place.0

Don't worry about going over on proteins - they will only be good for you!0
