Hi,
Going to buy some of this today so that i can drink it when i'm hungry and to drink mainly to avoid hunger so i feel full.

Yes this works esp. with the addition of reduced sugar robinsons.0

It works for me. I usually mix it with crystal light or cranberry juice.0
