from crewe, my boyfriend highlighten this site to me and lovin it. he is a personal trainer and i am a nurse. need the body to match that. hitting 30 in dec of this year and need to lose the weight b4 then.

From Chelmsford and need to lose 2 and a half stone. Hit 40 last year and have so many goals for this year. Just one being to lose the weight...and hopefully look like Elle Mcpherson which I don;t think is too much to ask
