NSV for me!

My boss has always been really supportive when I've discussed my weight loss and exercise plan, but today she stopped me as I was walking out of the office and said:

"Wow! you can really tell how much weight you've lost! you've got a waist and a really nice shape, I never noticed before because you always covered yourself up, you've done so well!"

Made me feel great, a real confidence boost! :blushing:

I've made an impact on the ladies I work with too, they have both joined a gym in the last few weeks and are watching what they eat and have said they've seen how well I was doing and wanted to do it too!

I still have a long way to go and I knew I was doing well but it feels fab when someone else notices too!
