Is there a way to track how many calories you've burned doing 30 day shred?

I just put it in the exercise thing as circuit training0

I find the calories burned that MFP gives you under circuit training (which is how i log my 30 day shred) is ALWAYS too much. I use a HRM and Calorie counter when I do it, and I usually only burn around 170-190 (MFP tells me 353)0

See MFP tells me i am burning 200 after doing 30 DS but recording it as circuit training and i think this is probably about right.0 -
Careful, when I enter circuit training for 35 minutes, MFP gives me over 360 calories burned... yet according to my HRM I've only burned 200something. I'd honestly look into getting a HRM if I were you!0
