    yeh supposidly according to my fellow question answerers I HATE VEGETABLES, but in truth I adore them but just needed a change from them...but of course they didnt read that....

    You MUST, ABSOLUTELY MUST:
    - Eat 6 times a day, including two breakfasts.
    - Eat only "clean," whole foods.
    - Always/never eat back your exercise calories.
    - Get at least 60% of your calories from protein.
    - Drink at least 160oz of water a day, or until you get water intoxication.

    Unless you do all of theses things, perfectly, 100% of the time, you will never, ever lose weight.
