30 Day Shred Challenge for February

I don’t know about you guys, but there is something about the beginning of a month that brings increased motivation to start a new plan, especially since my old “plan” (also known as walking/jogging when I feel like it, if I feel like it, when I make time for it, etc…) hasn’t been working out so well :-)

Soooooo, next week I’m going to start the 30 Day Shred with Jillian! I’m going to stick to a structured routine with someone who obviously knows what they are talking about, and I’m going to commit to making it through the month of February, doing the video each day, and giving it my all (no excuses here!). It will require me to wake up a bit earlier in the morning, but come on, it is 30 days, and I can do anything for just 30 days, right? Especially when there is such a great payoff waiting for me at the end of it!

Is there anyone out there who would like to join me in this challenge? I would love to have some friends to encourage and share success stories with!

    I'm in! I did the Shred off and on last summer, but never made it the full 30 days just because I got bored with it, but I started again last night and I'm determined to stick with it, even when I can't stand the sound of Jillian's voice anymore!

    yes def i was supposed to start mine last month on the 16th but it didnt feel right i want to start February 1st for sure so def def in
