Hey everyone,
I'm having a hard time getting enough protein in and was wondering if anybody has any good suggestions for a protein powder/shake to add to my diet. One that isn't high in calories and tastes good. Any and all help is very appreciated! Thanks!!!

Do you have this stored in a doc somewhere and you copy and paste it?! HAHA way to work it though. I will be using your code tomorrow.
I hear great things about My Protein, I like that they have smaller packets as I feel I am paying a fortune for something I am not sure I will use otherwise.0 -

I like the GNC AMP 100% Whey stuff in Chocolate. It actually TASTES amazing. I take it with just plain ol' water or sometimes I'll throw it in a shake. Yum!0

Vitaminshoppe.com has great hard to beat prices and free shipping. Syntha 6 taste amazing, and thats just when mixed with water and nothing else. however if you want a bit fewer calories than Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is also good.0

I see this particular protein as one of thoes that deters people from wanting to consume protein. I judge my protein powders on taste with water alone. This one in my opinions leaves a bad sweet after taste. The sweetner is just no bueno for me. However I have had my moments in budget mode when I have purchased this brand.
One similar tasting protein as far as sweetness is concerned would be Dymatize's Gourmet double chocolate whey0 -
The Core kit's Vi-Shape and the 90 Day Challenge That's what I used and I've only been to the gym one time since joining the 90 Day Challenge! But not because I haven't wanted to, but because of time0
