Any early morning gym goers??

Anybody else workout early in the morning, like before 6am? I just started going to gym classes that start at 5:15-5:30 and it is the best decision I have made in awhile!! I had a baby and kept trying to get back into working out. At night I was too tired and something would always come up. During the day, I was caring for my baby. Early morning workouts are changing my life. I am able to workout, come home, shower, all before my husband or baby wake up. It has totally improved my mood and outlook, I am just feeling so good!!!

    If I could make myself go to bed on time to get up that early, I'd love to.

    So happy that you found a way for your to fit in the exercise, and it makes you feel so good.

    I never ever ever EVER thought that I would be able to do it!! It's just becoming my new normal, I don't even think about it anymore - it's just what I am going to do. I do of course get a nap when my baby naps though and that helps a lot!!

    Well done! I exercise in the morning but not quite that early.
    Like you, I find it best to get my exercising done first thing, then I don't have a whole day to make excuses!
    Plus it is sooooooo hot here, the only time it's possible to exercise outside is early - it was already nearly 30c when I got back yesterday at 7 am.

    30 degree C at 7am!! Wowza! I did the conversion, that's 86F - really hot, especially for early in the morning!. I love morning workouts because you get it done and off your mind!
