The reason I'm posting this here is because I need some support - more of the emotional kind than of the eating kind. This is going to sound silly and pathetic, but I need some friends. I don't want to say where in VA I am on the boards, but if you're from VA, message me!!!

    anyone here from hampton or newport news va? looking for a close by buddy or buddies to work out with go walking. helping each other stay motivated. I have alot of weight to loss and can't seem to stay focused. someone plz help me
